Aleksandra Wawszczyk has extensive experience in marketing and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Head of CLV & MA at LPP S.A. Previous roles include Marketing Strategy Unit Manager and Marketing Strategy Manager at PAYBACK Polska, as well as CRM Manager. Aleksandra's career began at Westwing as a CRM Specialist for the Central and Eastern Europe region and progressed to Junior CRM Specialist. Additional experience includes serving as New Business Manager at Extradom.pl and roles focused on marketing research and analysis at Sponsoring Insight Sp. z o.o. Academically, Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Lean Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wroclaw.
