Paolo Lorenzo Reinoso

Paolo Lorenzo Reinoso currently serves as the Head of Managed Services at PCCW Solutions Limited, overseeing the Service Management Center and application support teams in the Philippines since January 2018. Prior experience includes a role as AVP at AIG, where responsibilities involved IT governance across 12 APAC countries to mitigate IT risk and ensure compliance from November 2012 to December 2017. Paolo’s career initiated at Software Ventures International as a Senior Programmer, followed by positions at Accenture, including Senior Manager and Project Manager, focusing on applications outsourcing for Morgan Stanley. Early career experience includes a programming role at Philippine Airlines, contributing to the development of the PACERS II Reservations System. Paolo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ateneo de Davao University.
