Veronica Lum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and technology solutions. Currently serving as the Transition Manager for Strategic Cloud Projects & Managed Services at Lenovo PCCW Solutions since May 2025, Veronica previously held key roles at AsiaPac Technology Pte Ltd, IQVIA, IMS Health, Dimension Data, SAP, and Oracle Financial Services Software Limited. Notable accomplishments include leading complex cloud project management for major firms in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, introducing corporate project management methodologies in the APAC region, and managing large-scale technology transformations. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
