Elana Kohn

Elana Kohn is an experienced educational professional currently serving as the Pedagogical Assistant Director at Language Research Development Group since February 2015. In this role, Elana is responsible for training new tutors, creating evaluation procedures, and monitoring learners in language training programs. Prior to this, Elana worked as an ESL Teacher, where lesson plans were crafted to enhance reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, with a focus on individualized learning strategies. Elana's teaching experience also includes a position as an English Teacher at ELAM and as the Head ESL Instructor at CHUNGDAHM Learning. Elana holds a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from McGill University.
