Lori Evans Ermi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and human capital consulting. As the Principal and Senior Consultant/Executive Coach at Leadership Research Institute since January 2016, Lori focuses on leadership and strategic planning. Lori also founded and serves as Managing Director of ERMI GROUP, L.L.C., a Certified Woman Owned Small Business that specializes in various aspects of coaching and consulting. Previous roles include Director of Talent Development at Fannie Mae, Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Paradigm Solutions, and Director of Human Resources for North America at QIAGEN. Lori's career began at Procter & Gamble in global human resources, where significant contributions were made, earning recognition with the Gold Club Award. Educational credentials include certifications in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, Human Resources from Villanova University, and Training from Xavier University, alongside a BA in American Studies, Business, and Communications from Lynchburg College.
