Carol Steele, CCEP, MBA, M Ed., has extensive experience in client success and relationship management, currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager at LRN since March 2001. Carol is responsible for client renewals and sales growth, ensuring clients derive value from LRN solutions, and introducing new products. Previous roles at LRN included Engagement Manager, where Carol managed multiple accounts, facilitated executive business reviews, and provided curriculum design recommendations for E&C education programs. Prior to LRN, Carol held training manager positions at BDO Seidman, LLP, and RR Donnelley, and worked in sales support at Xerox.
