Alita Fabiano

Alita Fabiano is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, business development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at LRO Solutions and LRO Staffing since September 2021, Alita drives impactful marketing campaigns and establishes multi-channel communication strategies for various brands. Alita also holds the position of Chair for the Ontario Chapter of the Women's Health Coalition Canada, focusing on organizational growth and stakeholder collaboration. Previous roles include Marketing Content Specialist at March Networks and External Communications Officer at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, showcasing a strong background in content creation and digital marketing. Alita holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Law from the University of Ottawa.
