Joy Hayes

Joy Hayes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS) since September 2017, Joy has previously held the position of Corporate Counsel and Director of Legal at H. D. Smith from January 2011 to September 2017, as well as Attorney at Coffey & McCracken Law Firm from August 2006 to December 2010. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from Illinois State University, a Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
