Ben Stephen

Ben Stephen is an experienced professional in the restoration and management sectors, currently serving as General Manager and Finance Manager at LRT Restoration Technologies since July 2017. In this role, Ben oversees operations related to building envelope restoration, structural restoration, waterproofing, and industrial restoration, collaborating with property owners and engineering firms. Prior to LRT Restoration Technologies, Ben managed customer relationships and inventory as Parts Department Manager at Tri-State Trailer Sales, Inc. Additionally, Ben held the position of Maintenance and Repair Supervisor at Direct ChassisLink Inc. (DCLI), where responsibilities included managing an intermodal chassis fleet of 3,500 units. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
