Tristan Hite is an experienced construction estimator at LRT Restoration Technologies, with a focus on waterproofing, air barriers, expansion joints, masonry, stone façade restoration, concrete restoration, and industrial coatings. Tristan began in the construction field as a co-op student and progressed to pre-construction coordinator, where responsibilities included attending pre-bid meetings, drafting estimates, and coordinating necessary documentation prior to project initiation. In addition to technical experience, Tristan has a background in coaching novice rowing and refereeing intramural sports, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills. Tristan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial Management and a minor in Data Analytics from the University of Cincinnati.

LRT Restoration Technologies is a premier specialty contractor with expertise in building envelope restoration, structural restoration, waterproofing, and industrial restoration. Services include waterproofing, concrete repair, masonry repair, expansion joint systems, caulking, sealants, specialty coatings, post tension repair, carbon fiber repairs, air barrier systems, and historic restorations. LRT works primarily on commercial buildings, industrial facilities, parking structures, stadiums, healthcare buildings, and historic structures. Founded by Ken Baker in 1979, LRT has grown into one of the Midwest’s top restoration contractors with three offices in Cincinnati, Columbus, and Nashville.
