Elton Welham

Elton Welham possesses extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in pipeline installation projects. Since October 1990, Elton has served as a Project Manager at L&S Construction, overseeing metropolitan-scale projects in the Los Angeles and tri-county area, including city water pipelines, reinforced concrete storm drain systems, and sanitary sewer collection systems. Prior to this role, Elton worked as an Estimator and Project Manager at Bronco Excavating Inc. from September 1989 to September 1990, and as an Estimator and Owner at Welko Construction from June 1972 to August 1989, where expertise in various city pipeline systems was developed.
