Shruti Hubli

Shruti Hubli is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR operations. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at LS Digital Group since May 2021, Shruti has developed expertise in coordinating with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Prior to this role, Shruti worked as a Human Resources Executive at Equinox Lab Pvt Ltd from August 2018 to May 2021 and gained initial HR experience as an intern at DCB Bank from July 2017 to March 2018. Shruti holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from KETS VG Vaze Kelkar.
