Sangeeta Kumtakar

Sangeeta Kumtakar, CPA is a highly experienced professional who currently serves as the Director - Indirect Tax at LS Power. With a background in Sales & Use and Property Taxes, Sangeeta manages the Indirect Tax compliance function, State Tax audits, M&A Due Diligence, and provides tax training to plant employees. Prior to their current role, Sangeeta worked at NRG Energy as a Tax Manager specializing in Sales & Use Taxes, and at JPMorgan Chase as a Tax Officer focusing on Financial Reporting, Tax Accounting, and Income Tax Compliance. Sangeeta holds a degree in Bachelor in Accounting (Hons.) from Delhi University, and is a Certified Public Accountant with a degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
