Prior to LS Retail, Dadi held the position of Product Development Manager at Landsteinar Strengur from 2004 to 2007, and at Landsteinar Island and Landsteinar from 1998 to 2004. Dadi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (1997-1998) and a Cand. Sci. in Mechanical Engineering (1992-1997) from Háskóli Íslands, as well as ongoing studies toward a Master of Science in Financial Economics (2007-Present) at the same institution.
