Greg McNamara

Greg Mcnamara is the Business Development at LS3P Associates. Greg has over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition and leadership development. Prior to joining LS3P, Greg served as the Vice President of Small Business and Member Services at the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce for 14 years. In this role, they were responsible for the recruitment, retention and development of small businesses in the Raleigh area.

Greg has a proven track record in developing and executing successful talent acquisition and leadership development strategies. Greg is a strategic thinker with a passion for helping companies grow and succeed. Greg is a strong advocate for the power of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is committed to helping companies create inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive.

Greg Mcnamara has a BA in Communication from University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an IOM in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from The University of Georgia.
