Andrea Pincus

Andrea Pincus currently serves as the Executive Director and Associate General Counsel at Santander US, providing transactional, regulatory, and litigation advice. Additionally, Pincus is a member of the Board of Directors at LSA Family Health Service, focusing on empowering vulnerable families in East Harlem, and serves on the Advisory Board of The Civics Center, which promotes high school voter registration and civic engagement. Previously, Pincus was a Partner at Reed Smith LLP, where work involved litigation, commercial restructuring, and risk management for clients in various industries. Pincus also held a Shareholder position at Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C., and worked as a Trial Attorney at The Legal Aid Society. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from New York University School of Law as a Root Tilden Scholar and a BA from Yale University, where Pincus graduated Magna Cum Laude with Distinction in Major in American Studies.
