Frank Disanzo

Frank DiSanzo has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Frank began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Revlon in 1983 before moving on to Siemens Healthcare as a Senior Systems Analyst in 1984. At Siemens Healthcare, they were responsible for designing, programming, and testing applications for medical device manufacturing.

In 1986, DiSanzo joined Capgemini as a Senior Programmer Analyst and later became the Manager of Information Services. Frank managed the internal IT department and had P&L responsibility for running a consulting practice. During their tenure, they implemented various applications and set up the organization's first email system, resulting in significant cost savings.

In 1993, DiSanzo joined Clark O'Neill as the Director of Information Systems, where they were responsible for the entire Telecomm and IT function. Frank later transitioned to the role of Vice President of Information Systems at Clark-O'Neill, a division of IMS Health (now Cegedim Dendrite).

From 2000 to 2008, DiSanzo served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at North Shore-LIJ Health System, Staten Island Univ. Hospital. As CIO, they oversaw the IT and Telecomm operations. Frank then joined Saint Peter's Health System as the Health System CIO and Chief Strategy Officer, where they were responsible for IT strategy, strategic planning, and implementing new business initiatives.

From 2017 to 2017, DiSanzo worked as a Healthcare IT, Operations & M&A Specialist/Consultant at their own consultancy. Frank helped healthcare organizations solve technology, operational, and strategic challenges and supported IT implementations, optimization, and upgrades.

In 2017, DiSanzo joined Gartner as an Executive Partner in the Healthcare Large Enterprise division. Frank served as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients, assisting in areas such as digitization, strategy, innovation, and cost optimization.

Most recently, since March 2020, DiSanzo has been working at the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) as the Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) & Data Protection Officer. Their responsibilities include leading strategic IT and operational initiatives, organizational re-design, and providing operational IT support to the organization worldwide.

Throughout their career, DiSanzo has demonstrated expertise in IT leadership, strategy, operational excellence, and healthcare IT.

Frank DiSanzo completed their MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from Monmouth University from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained their BA in Computer Science and Psychology from Rutgers University between 1978 and 1982. In 1984 and 1985, they pursued an AAS in Computer Science from Middlesex College. Additionally, Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and another Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. In September 2017, they obtained a Management Certificate from the Disney Institute.
