Jackie Kieffner

Jackie Kieffner has over 17 years of experience in various roles at ETS, starting from 2005. Jackie'sroles at ETS include Business Analyst, Senior Operations Manager, Senior Business Process Consultant, Lead Business Process Consultant, and Master Black Belt. Jackie joined Law School Admission Council (LSAC) in 2022 as the Director of Test Operations. Before joining LSAC, they held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at ETS.

Jackie Kieffner has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from The College of New Jersey. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rider University.
