Mara McSorley, PhD, is an impact-driven educational leader and learning experience designer with 15 years of experience in cultivating effective teams and implementing innovative learning solutions. They served as the Education Program Manager at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2017 to 2020 and co-founded Radical Empathy Consulting, where they worked as the Principal DEIB Consultant from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Mara holds the position of Director of Education Strategy at the Law School Admission Council and is an Instructional Designer at Synergis. They earned a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2021 and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education at Assumption University.
