Joli M. Ienuso, MEd has worked in various roles since 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Program Coordinator and Program Assistant at Nontraditional Employment for Women, where they worked on the Hard Hats. Strong Women. Building the Future. program. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Prevention Coordinator, Violence Prevention Educator, and Prevention Education Intern at Columbia University in the City of New York, where they facilitated 175+ hours of in-person and virtual sexual violence prevention education and oversaw all aspects of the student volunteer Peer Education program. In 2020, they were an Education Consultant at Courage to Care, LLC, where they provided training in the areas of justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, identity development, allyship, thriving/healthy relationships, queer and trans/non-binary identities, unconscious bias, constructive culture, purposeful living, human performance, lean thinking, teamwork, and more. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer, Primary Coach, and Lead Educator at Root Rise Consulting and the Director of Continued Education at Expressable.
Joli M. Ienuso, MEd began their educational journey in 2004, when they graduated high school from Sachem North. Joli M. then attended Drexel University from 2008 to 2010, studying Playwriting and Screenwriting. In 2010, they graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Barnard College, where they studied Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. In 2014, they completed their Master's Degree in Human Sexuality from Widener University. In 2017, they obtained certifications as a Safe Zone Educator from the Office of Multicultural Affairs at Columbia University and as a Rape Crisis Counselor from the New York State Department of Health.
