Netreia McNulty

Netreia McNulty has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their current role is as a DEI Program Manager at the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), where they are responsible for promoting diversity and inclusion in the law school admission process. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Manager/Student Success Manager at 2U, where they supported adult learners in web development, data science, and other technology-related fields. Netreia also served as the Director of Campus Relations and Programming at The Suder Foundation - First Scholars Program, where they facilitated the success of first-generation college students. Additionally, they worked at the University of Texas at Dallas as a Coordinator of Student Success and Outreach, focusing on improving the retention of underrepresented minority students.

Netreia McNulty has an extensive education history. Netreia earned their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of North Texas, where they studied from 2008 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Master's of Education degree in Higher Education and College Student Development from the same institution, studying from 2004 to 2006. Netreia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Interpersonal Communications from The University of Texas at Dallas, where they attended from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their formal degrees, Netreia has pursued various certifications. Netreia obtained certifications such as "How to Engage Meaningfully in Allyship and Anti-Racism," "Agile Instructional Design," "Equity First: The Path to Inclusion and Belonging," "Inclusive Leadership," "Instructional Design: Needs Analysis," and "Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID" through LinkedIn. These certifications were acquired between 2021 and 2022.
