Eric Busch

Eric Busch, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Contract Project Engineer at LSB Industries, Inc. since January 2025, Eric previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at LANXESS from June 2022 to January 2025 and at Albemarle Corporation from October 2016 to June 2022. Eric's earlier roles include Engineering Supervisor and Senior Process Engineer at Albemarle Corporation, as well as several supervisory and metallurgical positions at ASARCO. Eric's career began at Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. as a Metallurgist, following a brief tenure as an Environmental Engineer at Smurfit-Stone. Eric holds a Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
