Allie Salyer

Allie Salyer, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Allie currently holds the position of Chief Culture Officer at the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates since December 2021. Before that, they served as the People and Culture Manager from September 2019 to December 2021, and as a People and Culture Specialist from March 2018 to September 2019 at the same organization.

Prior to their role at the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates, Allie worked at Iconic Group, Inc as a Corporate Recruiter from March 2017 to March 2018, and as a Recruitment Specialist from March 2016 to March 2017.

Additionally, Allie had previous experience at Bealls, Inc. where they held the positions of Operations Manager from May 2015 to March 2016, Merchandise Manager from September 2012 to May 2015, and Area Manager from January 2011 to September 2012.

Allie Salyer, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, which they completed from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies at Tallahassee Community College from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Allie has earned several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in May 2021, the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM, obtained in February 2020, and the Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS, an ADP Company, acquired in October 2017.
