Wayne Horton has extensive experience in project management, program coordination, and safety management across various organizations. Currently retired, Wayne serves as a Project Manager/Bid Sales at LSI Graphics, focusing on expanding business opportunities through government bids. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at Catholic Charities of West Tennessee, where responsibilities included managing federal grants and coordinating client services. Wayne held multiple positions at Pinnacle Airlines, including Director of Safety Management Systems, where significant improvements in operational safety and efficiency were achieved. With a strong background in training and development, Wayne has created and documented comprehensive training programs in various capacities, notably as a Ground School Instructor for pilots. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Union University and an Associate’s Degree in Aircrew Operations from the Community College of the Air Force.
