Lori Robinson has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Lori started their career at Lending Solutions in 2006 as a Loan Processor and Mortgage Processor, where they handled up to 95 calls daily, completed loan applications for multiple banks and credit unions, and assisted customers with questions related to their loan applications and available products. In 2007, they joined LSI (Lending Solutions, Inc.) as a Team Lead, where they monitored call volumes for multiple credit unions, followed up on client complaints and compliments, and maintained strong relationships with clients. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Quality Specialist, conducting quality assessments and providing coaching to the Financial Services Department. From 2015 to 2020, they served as a Customer Service Help Desk Specialist, responding to inquiries, addressing account-related issues, and making critical decisions. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Training Support Specialist, focusing on providing support and training.
