Vaibhav Pawar

Vaibhav Pawar has over 12 years of work experience in the software development industry. Vaibhav began their career in 2008 as a Programming Faculty at St. Angelos Computer Education. In 2009, they joined Zeist Marketing Solutions as a Web Developer and was involved in the design and development of website development, Web Applications development, flash as2/as3 based game applications, Content Management Systems, and E-commerce website. In 2012, they moved to R K SWAMY BBDO as a Brand Design Associate and was responsible for website development, Web Applications development, flash as2/as3 based game applications, Content Management Systems, and E-commerce website. In 2013, they returned to Zeist Marketing Solutions as a Team Lead and was responsible for overseeing multi-phase, multi-dimensional, multi-resource projects from inception to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction. In 2016, they joined PIXACORE as a Team Lead and Veeva Developer and was responsible for the design and development of html5 based projects, Web Applications, flash as2/as3 based game applications, mobile applications, social media concepts and applications, Android and iOS applications using Phonegap and Cordova, Content Management Systems, and E-commerce website. In 2019, they joined Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. as Deputy Manager and LSInextGen as Technical Lead, where they managed the complete software development process including planning, design, implementation, testing, debugging and tuning, as well as iterative post-production enhancements. Vaibhav also managed developers team and helped them with business requirement understanding.

Vaibhav Pawar attended the University of Mumbai from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a BCom. In November 2018, they obtained an Acquia Certified Site Builder - Drupal 8 certification from Acquia. Vaibhav also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in February 2022.
