Debbie Blanc

Debbie Blanc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business systems. Currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at LSI SOLUTIONS® since March 2021, Debbie also holds the position of Project Management Consultant at Debra Pendergast Inc. Previously, Debbie led large-scale corporate initiatives as Corporate Business Project Director at Coast Professional, Inc., and served as Cost Reduction Project Manager at Sunrise Systems. With a long tenure at Xerox from 1987 to 2018, Debbie held various key roles including Global Configuration Production Manager and Project Manager. Additional experience includes leadership positions in direct sales with South Hill Designs and Youngevity International, along with early success as an Advanced Director with The Pampered Chef. Debbie earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Syracuse University.
