Prior to this, Heather worked at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant and at DRISCOLL CHILDRENS HEALTH PLAN as the Eligibility/Enrollment, Mailroom Operations and Member Advocate Manager. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Capella University, Heather has extensive experience in program management and healthcare operations.
