Karen Fletcher is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in managing payroll operations across various organizations. Since May 2011, Karen has served as a Senior Payroll Specialist at LSL Property Services plc, overseeing an end-to-end payroll process for over 5000 employees across more than 20 payrolls. Previously, Karen was a Payroll Administrator at PepsiCo from March 2003 to January 2011, where responsibilities included managing payroll for 360 weekly paid employees and participating in the implementation of a new Oracle payroll system. Academically, Karen holds a Master's degree in Computer-Based Information Systems, a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Business/Management, and a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance from the University of Sunderland and Wearside College.
