Ahmad Alanous

Ahmad Alanous is an experienced exercise physiologist currently working at Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey since November 2019, where the focus is on developing fitness and exercise programs for elderly individuals in an all-inclusive care setting. Previous experiences include internships at Valley Hospital Health and Fitness and Valley Hospital Medical Fitness Center, as well as a brief internship at Push to Walk. Ahmad also held supervisory roles at Englewood Cliffs Mobil and Bergen Community College and worked as a personal trainer at Bally’s Total Fitness. Educationally, Ahmad holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and in Biology from William Paterson University of New Jersey, as well as an Associate of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Bergen Community College.
