Crystal Ducote

Crystal Ducote currently serves as the Assistant Director of Development Services at LSU Foundation, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Crystal held various roles at Kendra Scott from August 2017 to August 2022, including Store Operations Manager, Interim Store Manager, and Assistant Community Outreach and Events Marketing Manager. During this tenure, notable achievements include generating significant revenue through community partnerships and contributing to store growth and operations in the North Texas district. Crystal's earlier experience also spans management and customer-focused roles in retail, including positions at Gypsy Hill Boutique, PJ's Coffee of New Orleans, and Victoria's Secret. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University, completed in 2016.
