Kristen Alford

Kristen Alford has a strong background in donor engagement, community relations, and sales within the sports industry. Kristen currently holds the position of Assistant Director of Donor Engagement at LSU Foundation. Prior to that, they served as Director of Community Relations at the Museum of Arts & Sciences from 2018 to 2022. Kristen also worked as the Director of Community Relations at Daytona Tortugas Professional Baseball from 2015 to 2018, where they played a pivotal role in establishing the Tortugas Care Foundation and implementing various community initiatives. Kristen gained experience in sales and account management as an Account Executive at Lehigh Valley IronPigs from 2012 to 2015. Kristen started their career in the sports industry as an Inside Sales Rep at Memphis Redbirds in 2011 and as a Group Sales Assistant at Colorado Springs Sky Sox in the same year. Additionally, they have worked as a Membership Services Intern at the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2010. Throughout their career, Kristen has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and fundraising skills.

Kristen Alford attended Louisiana State University from 2006 to 2010. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration during this time. Their field of study was also Sports Administration.
