Lucas Morgan

Lucas Morgan currently serves as the Director of Athletics at Louisiana State University Shreveport since August 2016, where significant achievements include 25 RRAC championships and numerous national tournament appearances. Prior to this role, Lucas held the position of Assistant General Manager for the Shreveport Mavericks and served as Associate Director of Athletics at William Jewell College, focusing on financial management, compliance, and program development. Lucas's extensive experience includes oversight of NCAA compliance, budget management for a $4 million financial aid budget, and a strong involvement in sports programs and fundraising efforts. Lucas holds a Master of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Wichita State University.
