Jonathan Santer

Jonathan Santer currently serves as the Assistant Director of Advancement for Athletics at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where the focus is on enhancing student-athletes’ experiences through strategic fundraising and alumni engagement. Prior to this role, Jonathan was the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, executing initiatives to support University Advancement goals. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Athletic Director at Mount Holyoke College, where responsibilities included media relations and oversight of operations for varsity sports. As Executive Director of the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association, Jonathan administered rules and policies, while previous roles at Springfield College involved media relations for intercollegiate sports. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Sports Journalism and is pursuing a Master of Education in Athletic Leadership from Springfield College.
