Carolyn Dragseth currently serves as the ITC Contracts Manager at Louisiana State University since February 2024, where responsibilities include supporting the ITC Director with various agreements and managing internal intellectual property documents. In addition, Carolyn is the CEO and General Counsel of Dragseth & Associates and Louisiana Nano Forge since October 2015. Previous roles include serving as Director of Quality Assurance and IT Statewide Project Officer for the State of Louisiana, along with experience as Deputy General Counsel for the Department of Children and Family Services. Carolyn has held adjunct professor positions at Liberty University and Kaplan, and possesses extensive legal experience from the U.S. Army Reserve Legal Command and medical equipment firms. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans, an MBA in Information Technology from Purdue Global, a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a recent certificate from Louisiana State University’s Public Leader Program.
