Toliver Bozeman serves as the Director of Property Management at Louisiana State University since 2012, overseeing a $450 million movable property inventory with over 75,000 assets and 750 fleet vehicles, leading a team of 11 across multiple LSU campuses and the LSU Agricultural Center. Prior to this role, Toliver worked as an Investigator in the Ethics Administration for the State of Louisiana from 2010 to 2012, where responsibilities included investigating misconduct allegations involving public employees. Toliver's earlier experience includes managing a fleet of over 400 vehicles at Community Coffee and serving as the Property Damage Network Manager at Progressive Insurance. Toliver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University.
