Ashley Tashjian has extensive experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on design. Ashley currently works at LT Apparel Group as the Senior Director of Design + Adaptive for the French Toast brand. In this role, they oversee the design process and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Ashley held the position of Design Director at LT Apparel Group, where they were responsible for the entire French Toast + Lee product line. Ashley also worked as a Senior Designer at LT Apparel Group, overseeing the direction of the French Toast Girls and Lee Juniors product lines.

Ashley began their career in the fashion industry as an Intern at Prabal Gurung LLC and Bill Blass Limited, where they assisted head designers and gained knowledge of fabric swatching, production, and styling. Ashley also worked as a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret.

Ashley Tashjian attended Marist College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fashion Design/Merchandising. In 2007, they also briefly studied at Scuola Lorenzo de'Medici, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Liberal Arts.
