Tracy Glass

Tracy Glass has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fashion and design industry. Tracy is currently serving as the Design Director at LT Apparel Group since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Creative Director/Senior Designer at Royce Too, LLC from April 2017 to September 2021. Tracy also held a significant role at IQ Brands/SABG, where they served as the VP Design & Merchandising/Creative Director from January 2009 to March 2016. During their time at IQ Brands/SABG, Tracy played a crucial role in growing the organization and securing important licensing agreements. Before that, they worked as a Senior Designer at International Legwear Group from May 2007 to January 2009 and as an Associate Design Manager at Carter's from April 2006 to May 2007. Tracy's initial experience in the fashion industry began at LT Apparel Group, where they served as a Senior Designer from May 2004 to April 2006, focusing on baby boy product design, trend research, and collaboration with overseas suppliers. Prior to their career in fashion, Tracy gained early experience in organizational development and human resources at Wells Fargo from 1999 to 2001. Overall, Tracy Glass has a strong background in design, merchandising, licensing, and team management, making their a valuable asset in the fashion industry.

Tracy Glass holds an AAS Fashion Design degree from Parsons School of Design - The New School, which they obtained from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, Tracy has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Become a Manager," "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers," "Coaching and Developing Employees," "Delegating Tasks," "How to Be a Good Mentee and Mentor," "Leading Productive Meetings," "Onboarding New Hires as a Manager," "Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews," "Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance," "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager," and "New Manager Foundations." Tracy received these certifications in January and February of 2023.
