Gayatri Das

Gayatri Das is an experienced talent management professional with a robust career spanning over a decade in various roles related to human resources. Currently serving as Chief Manager of Talent Management Employee Engagement & Campus Connect at L&T Finance since November 2022, Gayatri previously held senior management positions at ISS Facility Services India Private Limited and Kaya Limited, where responsibilities included talent management in both India and the Middle East. Gayatri began the professional journey in human resources at Future Group India and also gained early experience as a summer trainee at Mahindra Finance. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Mumbai Educational Trust, a PG Diploma in HR from NMIMS, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Management.
