Jagjeet Singh Chudha

Jagjeet Singh Chudha currently serves as the Head of Collection Strategy & Call Center and Head of Customer Service - Rural Finance at L&T Financial Services, a position held since July 2019. Prior to this, Jagjeet worked at Axis Bank as an Assistant Vice President from October 2013 to July 2019 and at ICICI Bank as a Manager from February 2006 to October 2013, where responsibilities included maintaining and reporting on operational and business metrics. Jagjeet began a career at Reliance Info Stream Pvt Ltd as a Team Leader from August 2003 to February 2006, focusing on quality monitoring and service level improvements. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from The ICFAI University, a Bachelor of Management Studies from Mumbai University, and an Advance Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI.
