Nagraj Goud

Nagraj Goud is an experienced professional in collections management, currently serving as the Area Collections Manager at L&T Finance since April 2024. Prior to this role, Nagraj held positions at Bajaj Finserv, first as Deputy Area Collection Manager and then as Debt Manager from October 2020 to April 2024, and at HDFC Bank as Collection Team Leader from October 2019 to September 2020. Nagraj has demonstrated strong leadership qualities and a commitment to achieving collection goals through effective communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person visits. Nagraj holds a degree in Management and Commerce from the University of Mumbai (2015-2018) and received earlier education at Pancham High School under Mumbai University.
