Rahul Gupta

Rahul Gupta is an experienced professional in the finance and banking sectors, currently serving as Regional Head at L&T Finance since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rahul held multiple positions at Kotak Mahindra Bank from August 2019 to August 2023, including Regional Head (DVP) - Mortgages, Associate Vice President, and Area Head - HF, focusing on the implementation of effective strategies to exceed organizational goals. Rahul's earlier experience includes serving as Area Head at Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd from June 2012 to August 2019, overseeing multiple teams within the Home Loans vertical. Academically, Rahul has completed a Micro Masters Program in Business from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and holds an MBA in Marketing from Acharya Bangalore Business School, along with a BBA in Marketing from the International Institute for Special Education.
