Rahul Todurkar

Rahul Todurkar is an experienced professional in the field of finance and construction, currently serving as the Head of Technical and Valuation in Real Estate Finance at L&T Financial Services since October 2014. Prior to this role, Rahul held the position of Senior Manager in Construction Finance at the same company. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Manager of Technical (Project Finance) at DHFL and as AVP and Head of Valuation and External Agency Management at HSBC. Rahul began career as a Technical Manager in the Mortgage Valuation Group at ICICI Bank. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai, and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from K J Somaiya Polytechnic.
