Ram Balaraman

Ram Balaraman has extensive experience in finance, specializing in real estate and investment management. Currently serving as Chief Manager of Real Estate Finance at L&T Finance, Ram has previously held roles such as Senior Relationship Manager and Territory Head for Tamil Nadu at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance, as well as Investment Manager and Associate Investment Manager. Earlier career positions include Manager of Valuation and Advisory Services and Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, along with a role as Financial Analyst at Temenos India Pvt. Ltd and Senior Analyst at Zenta. Ram holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from SRM School Management Studies and SRM School of Management, completed from 2004 to 2006.
