Kristin Schweitzer

Kristin Schweitzer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kristin is currently working as the Vice President of Sales, Grocery, Mass, and Specialty at LT Foods Americas since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Constellation Brands from 2019 to 2021, including Vice President, Total Beverage Alcohol, Walmart/Sam's Club, where they were responsible for a rapidly growing $800M Beer, Wine, and Spirits portfolio.

Before joining Constellation Brands, Kristin worked at the Kellogg Company from 2011 to 2019. Their roles included Vice President, Keebler Brand Sales, where they led the sales efforts for the divesture of Keebler Cookies/Pie Crusts/Cones and Kellogg's/Stretch Island Fruit Snacks. Kristin also served as Vice President, Morning Foods - Walmart Team, and Vice President, Snacks - Walmart Team, overseeing multimillion-dollar portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.

Earlier in their career, Kristin worked at Walmart as the Director, Fresh Grocery Marketing in 2011. Kristin led the marketing strategy for the $49B Walmart Fresh Foods business.

Kristin also had a long tenure at Kellogg Company starting from 1994. Their roles at Kellogg Company include Sr. Director, Region Accounts, Director, Shopper Marketing - Walmart Team, Director, Team Sales, Sr. National Account Executive, Channel Sales, National Account Manager, Customer Services, Sr. Order Management Coordinator, and Account Representative.

Throughout their career, Kristin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effectively managing teams and delivering exceptional results.

Kristin Schweitzer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Advertising from The University of Kansas. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including the WSET Level 2 Wine and Spirits Award with Merit from The Wine and Spirit Education Trust in November 2019. Furthermore, they completed the GAP Partnership's Advanced Negotiation program and the Thayer Leadership Program from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2013 and 2012, respectively.
