Currently serving as the Executive Business Partner to the President at LT Foods Americas, Penny optimizes performance and acts as a liaison among the President, the Executive Team, and cross-functional teams. Previously, Penny held the position of Vice President - Commercial Risk Management at Acrisure, specializing in healthcare and Real Estate & Hospitality sectors, and has a proven history in developing risk management solutions. As Director of Marketing and Business Development for Emerging Technologies at Intermedica Consulting, Penny focused on assisting biomedical companies with market strategies. Early career experience includes directing operations and patient care at LBS International Co., Ltd, where Penny established a premier training center for laparoscopic bariatric surgery in Southeast Asia. Education includes ongoing EMBA studies at The University of Western Australia and advanced degrees in International Business Communication and Liberal Arts and Sciences.
