Sayanton Mohanta

Sayanton Mohanta is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Transportation and Highway Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Previously, Sayanton completed a Master of Technology in Traffic and Transportation Planning from the National Institute of Technology Calicut and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya. Professional experience includes a role as a Post Graduate Engineering Trainee at L&T Infrastructure Engineering Limited, focusing on project site analysis, traffic surveys, and stakeholder consultations. Internship experiences encompass positions at the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra, the Central Tool Room & Training Centre (MSME) where training in civil software was gained, and a literature review on soil stabilization using agricultural waste at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research.
