Biju Raj

Biju Raj has extensive work experience spanning different roles and companies. BIJU currently holds the position of Vice President & Business Head at L&T Realty, where they have been since February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Corporate Centre at L&T Realty from November 2020 to September 2021. In addition, Biju worked as the Head of Projects at L&T Realty from May 2018 to November 2020. Before joining L&T Realty, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Hadi Teherani Project Consultant India Pvt Ltd from June 2012 to August 2016. Biju also worked as a Consultant for hotel projects at Novotel and Courtyard Marriott under their own venture from May 2011 to October 2012. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Projects at Keys Hotels from November 2006 to May 2011. Biju has also held leadership positions such as Chief Engineer at Le Meridien, Mahindra Holidays, and Taj Hotels from October 2003 to November 2006, and Chief Engineer at The Presidents Palace in UAE from 1996 to 2003. BIJU started their career as a Project Engineer / MEP Coordinator at Ranya Contracting Company from 1993 to 1996 and worked as a Guest Lecturer at various government engineering colleges and polytechnics from March 1992 to March 1993.

Biju Raj holds a BTECH degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained from the University of Calicut from 1987 to 1991. BIJU also pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) degree at Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, although the dates of their enrollment are unknown.
