Komal Chikop

Komal Chikop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and community management within the real estate and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at L&T Realty since September 2023, Komal previously held the position of Assistant Property Manager at JLL India from February to November 2022 and worked as a Community Manager at VAR Facility Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from June 2019 to September 2020, overseeing client relations and onsite operations. Earlier roles include Community Manager at RMZ Corp, where coordination and operational efficiency were key responsibilities, as well as various front office positions in the hospitality industry, including at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation and Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks.
