Sachin Pol

Sachin Pol has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Lead of Compensation Benefits and HR Digital at L&T Realty since June 2020, focusing on HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits, and HRIS. Prior to this role, Sachin held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources at Godrej Agrovet Ltd from November 2006 to June 2020, overseeing Compensation and Benefits, payroll processing, employee engagement, and policy formation. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Generalist HR at Intergold India Pvt Ltd and as a Personnel Administration Specialist at Philips Lighting. Sachin holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University and a diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Mulund College of Commerce.
